Improve our community through investing in local nonprofit leaders!

Join other community-minded partners in creating a healthy and resilient region where nonprofit leaders and organizations have access to the resources they need and are equipped with the skills that enable them to make our community a great place to live for all.

Help strengthen our community by:

  • Investing in the Nonprofit Leadership Institute, a nine month, cohort based training, to help nonprofit leaders develop skills required to manage effective organizations. Graduates receive a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Fox Valley Technical College.

2019-20 Leadership Institute Graduating Class; 50 nonprofit leaders have graduated to date.

"No other program in the area offers such a comprehensive, all-encompassing program with all its many resources that is specifically geared toward nonprofits. It is such a valuable opportunity for the current and future leaders in our community." – Jenny Anger, Thompson Center on Lourdes Senior Activity Center

  • Providing access to resources, trainings, and networking opportunities, so nonprofits can learn best practices through the Leadership Forum, Nonprofit Next, and Board Support programs.

"The NPLI Leadership Forums have been invaluable in my growth as an Executive Director. The diversity of topics has enhanced my knowledge of marketing, fund development, human resources, financial management, governance, and other areas previously learned on-the-job.

I also value the relationships that have developed from networking with other nonprofit leaders." ~ Mary Parsons, Executive Director, LEAVEN
